We don’t require monthly/weekly minimums. We will evaluate your project individually based on the scope of work, goals, and deadlines. If the scope of work doesn’t match your budget allocation, we will always advise you on workarounds.
We customize timelines based on each project's unique needs, always leaving room for high-quality design and revisions. While we can adjust for urgency, extremely tight deadlines often affect quality, which we're not willing to compromise. We never accept projects with same-day delivery, and we don't take web design projects due in less than 30 days, no matter how small they are.
Every project comes with a detailed agreement covering scope, payment and service terms, as well as copyright, licensing, and warranties. If an NDA is required, we're more than happy to sign.

We offer two initial rounds of edits to align closely with your vision. If further changes are needed, additional revisions can be made at an hourly rate, always with your prior approval.
